To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies before scheduling: • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on availability. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows may require full prepayment before booking future appointments. • Please arrive with hair fully detangled unless a detangling service has been added to your appointment.
